Privacy Policy
Lucitwin processes your images and camera view locally on your device. It does not upload your images or drawings. There are no accounts, ads, analytics, tracking or crash reporting.
The only external services involved are Google Play for optional purchases and your email provider if you choose to contact us.
Permissions and access
- Camera — provides the live view of your paper. Camera frames are processed locally and are not saved or uploaded by Lucitwin.
- Images — selected through Android's system file picker. Lucitwin accesses only the images you choose, without requesting general access to your photo library.
- Vibration — provides haptic feedback for some controls.
- Network access — used by Google Play Billing to handle optional purchases.
Data stored on your device
Lucitwin saves your drawing settings and preferences in its private app storage. These include references to selected images, image names, alignment, presets, strokes, grid, opacity and camera settings.
Lucitwin does not make copies of your selected images. The originals remain in their existing locations. Lucitwin is excluded from Android cloud backup and device transfer, so this data stays on the device it was created on and is removed when you uninstall the app.
Purchases
Lucitwin offers an optional one-time purchase to unlock your own images. Payments are handled by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment details. Lucitwin receives purchase status information needed to check whether the feature is unlocked.

Support emails
The Report a problem option prepares a message in your email app. You decide whether to send it and can edit or remove any information before sending. Lucitwin never sends support emails automatically.
The prepared message includes technical details such as the app version, device model, Android version, graphics driver and relevant app settings. It does not include your images, drawings, camera frames, image file names, location or unique device identifiers.
If you send the email, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include. We use it only to answer your request, investigate problems and improve Lucitwin. Email delivery is handled by your email provider and ours. Access to received messages is limited to support purposes.
Darko Bogožalec, the developer of Lucitwin, is the data controller for personal information contained in support correspondence. It is processed on the basis of legitimate interests in providing support and maintaining Lucitwin (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Contacting us is voluntary. Messages are deleted within 12 months unless longer retention is necessary for legal claims.
Your privacy rights
Under applicable data protection law, including the GDPR, you may request access to, correction or deletion of personal information we hold about you. You may also request restriction of processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or exercise other applicable data protection rights.
Contact us at the address below to exercise these rights. Since Lucitwin has no accounts, we can normally identify your support correspondence only through the email address you used to contact us.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, including Slovenia's Information Commissioner .
